Released vehicles must have the following to be driven out of our lot:

 

• Valid Registration/Plate

• Up to Date Insurance

• Licensed Driver

• Road-worthy Condition

 

 

If a vehicle does not meet these criteria, it may be towed out either by us or another wrecker service

 

Our tow-out service is offered at a discounted rate of $50 to any residence or repair shop in the City of Pontiac.  Other locations may be available for additional cost.  This service is offered on a discounted basis without an ETA.  If you would like an ETA, standard tow rates will apply.

 

If you would like to have another wrecker service tow your car:

 

We are happy to let other wrecker companies pick up your vehicle for you provided they meet minimum safety requirements to work in our lot.  Our lot is open for pick up Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.  Anyone entering our lot to retrieve a vehicle must have an up to date Workmans Compensation Insurance policy of $250,000 or more for any W-2 employees.  Any 1099 contract employee will need to show their own policy in excess of $200,000 for themselves.  We also require any tow truck entering our lot to be in a good state of repair and legal for road use.  

 

If these criteria are not met, the tow truck or driver will not be allowed in our lot, and we will set the vehicle out for a fee of $75.  Any vehicles picked up by a third-party towing company must be picked up by 5pm on the day they are released, or they are subject to re-impound and continued storage fees.
